Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
  • Engage in sales activities, promoting products and services to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry.
  • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve client services and overall performance.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Bilingual, specifically Spanish or multilingual abilities are required for serving diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and sales strategies.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required.
