About the Role:

As a
Customer Care Consultant
at Service Minds, you'll be the voice of our brand and a vital part of our call center team. This role is based at our
Bradenton office
, where you will:

• Deliver Exceptional Service:

What We're Looking For:

• Education:
  A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience:
  Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills:
  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and collaborate with team members.
• Tech Savvy:
  Comfort with using computers, typing, and learning new software quickly.
• Attention to Detail:
  A keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and data.
