Regional IT Manager

The Regional IT Manager will manage and supervise a team of IT Support technicians that serve the MO market in both Retail and Cultivation locations. In this role you will focus on incident management and service request fulfillments. You will be the primary contact for your region for all technical issues or projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Acts as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from employees.
- Be an escalation point that diagnoses problems to resolve calls on various supported computer hardware, software and operating systems.
- Installs, configures, tests, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots end user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products in order to deliver required desktop service levels.
- Collaborates with other regional IT managers and VP of IT to ensure efficient operation of the organization's desktop computing environment.
- Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.
- Receives and responds to incoming calls, pages, and/or work orders regarding desktop problems. 24/7 on-call rotation is mandatory.
- If necessary, liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors.
- Ensure your site locations in both retail and cultivation are within compliance of the state's compliance rules/laws of cannabis while being the liaison between other support teams.
Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in a technical field preferred.
- 7+ years' work experience in related field
- Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards
- Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories
- Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required
- Must be able to communicate with the Team effectively and professionally
- Must perform under high pressure situations.

- Available to work weekends, after normal business hours, and holidays as needed
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components. The ability to respond quickly to sounds. The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces. The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations. The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day. The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time. The ability to work in bright/hot/humid conditions. The ability to work in low light situations. Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity. Exposure to limited hazardous chemicals.
