End User Support Level 2

The Level 2 End-User Support Specialist provides advanced technical assistance and ensures smooth IT operations across on-site and remote environments. This role involves supporting end-users, maintaining hardware and software systems, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
In This Role, You Will
- Desktop Support (Desktop & Laptop Hardware, Windows 11 & Office 365)
- Printers (Adding, troubleshooting, maintenance kit installation)
- Mobility (handheld scanner and mobile phone support)
- Ticket management including follow up and escalation using Service Now solution
- Continuous Improvement of the IT environment to better operations
- Coordination between Wallenius Wilhelmsen Internal \ External Customers and IT Management on major incidents, process improvement, and new requirements
- Production floor and typical office environment support
- Executive support as required
- On-site and remote support of other Wallenius Wilhelmsen offices as needed
- Work with IT colleagues as part of a distributed international team

Salary And Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until December 2, 2025
The annual salary for this position is between $79,000 to $92,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
