Motorworld Powersports & Golf Cars

Motorworld Powersports & Golf Cars is a golf cart dealership in North Kingstown, RI, and we're hiring a motivated Sales Consultant to help lead the charge. This is not your typical sales role — you'll play a key part in shaping the success of this location. This is one of our 3 stores and expanding.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and engage showroom customers, identify their needs, and match them with the right golf cart or utility vehicle.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from inquiry and test drive to closing the deal.
  • Actively promote and sell service work, including routine maintenance, repairs, and custom upgrades.
  • Maintain customer records and follow-ups using our CRM system.
  • Stay knowledgeable on product features, inventory, service offerings, promotions, and financing options.
  • Assist with showroom organization, merchandising, and vehicle displays.
  • Collaborate with the service and operations team to ensure smooth customer handoffs.
  • Attend local events and expos as a brand ambassador for Motorworld in the Rhode Island area.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of sales experience (powersports, automotive, marine, or RV sales preferred).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to sell bothproducts and services.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own leads.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and basic Google Office/email experience.
  • Must be available to work weekends.
