Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Sales, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Vice President of Sales will oversee the sales team, manage sales operations, and develop strategies for business growth. Day-to-day tasks include leading and managing the sales team, developing and nurturing client relationships, overseeing account management, and driving sales performance and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Sales Operations and Sales Management
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in the safety footwear or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
