We believe in building high-performing teams that deliver an exceptional member experience and drive explosive revenue growth.Position OverviewThe Vice President of Sales will lead the strategic vision, execution, and performance of all sales operations across CR Fitness clubs. This individual is responsible for driving top-line revenue through new member acquisition and presale performance while developing and mentoring a high-performing sales leadership team. This role requires a proven leader with deep fitness industry knowledge, strong analytical capabilities, and a results-driven, people-first mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport, and develop the Vision and Culture and integrity of the organizationExecute sales strategies to meet and exceed company growth goals across all designated marketsResponsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue / unit objectives set forth by the Company regarding membership and OperationsLead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Vice Presidents, District Managers, and General ManagersOversee membership performance, KPIs, and forecasting across all locationsAnalyze weekly and monthly performance trends and present data-driven recommendations to executive leadershipPartner with NCO team to ensure successful club launches and presale campaigns in new and expanding marketsPartner with Marketing, Operations, and Personal Training Leaders to align on member acquisition and retention strategiesCultivate a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture aligned with CR Fitness valuesRequirements10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the fitness industryProven track record of building and scaling sales teams and driving multi-unit revenue growthStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence all levels of the organizationAnalytical mindset with a deep understanding of sales metrics, CRM tools, and reportingPassion for fitness and a strong alignment with CR Fitness's mission and growth visionWillingness to travel regularly across markets (up to 75%)Willingness to relocate to any market based on the needs of the companyCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + performance-based bonusMedical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance401K & PTOFree CR Fitness membership & Discounted Personal Training SessionExciting, team-oriented work environment with career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding companyReady to drive the future of fitness?
