Client Intake Specialist

What You'll Do:
- Answer inbound calls from people seeking legal help after an accident or injury
- Listen carefully and ask questions to understand their situation
- Build trust and confidence in our firm through genuine, empathetic conversation
- Enter detailed notes into our CRM system
- Guide clients through electronic paperwork and next steps
- Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions and provide support

What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales or customer service experience

- Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
