Procare Home Medical is currently seeking strong team players with excellent customer service and organization skills to join our exceptional team at our Anchorage office. Our staff enjoy working with people, take pride in giving outstanding customer service, and representing Procare as a customer service agent to initiate and process Home Medical equipment and supply orders.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to help members of our community receive the equipment and supplies they need. You will work in coordination with physicians, payer sources, and other Procare departments to ensure our customers' needs are met at the highest level of care. Compensation is based on experience, starting $ $22.00 per hour. Our employees also have access to a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.

In addition to the required customer service and organization skills, the winning candidate will: have high personal standards seeking to work with like-minded group of professional; possess exceptional technology and communication skills; operate with a strong sense of urgency and purpose to facilitate the necessary service level. Position Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Excellent phone and customer service skills (Required)
  • Strong Communication skills (Required)
  • Two years of HME/DME experience and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Previous data entry experience
  • Type at least 45 wpm on computer keyboard.
  • 10 key by touch
