Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and relay feedback to management.
- Meet performance targets and metrics as set by the management team.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
