HR Manager
to oversee and manage all aspects of the human resources function, including payroll processing, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience with Paylocity
, including payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & HRIS (Paylocity):

  • Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll through
    Paylocity
    , ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain employee data within the Paylocity system, including new hires, terminations, job changes, and compensation adjustments.
  • Generate custom reports and analytics from Paylocity to support business decisions.
  • Manage employee self-service portals and troubleshoot Paylocity-related issues.

Human Resources Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews.
  • Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping for compliance and audit readiness.

Talent Acquisition & Development:

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and support department growth.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development and company policies.

Benefits & Leave Administration:

  • Administer benefits programs including health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and 401(k).
  • Manage leave requests (FMLA, disability, etc.) in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Conduct open enrollment using Paylocity's benefits module and support employee education.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of HR experience
    , including at least
    1 year working with Paylocity
    (payroll and HRIS functions).
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in [insert relevant industry: manufacturing, logistics, retail, etc.].
  • Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Compensation:
$100,000 to $120,000 annually
