Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Representative/Admin Assistant, located in Georgetown, KY. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, assisting in customer relationship management, preparing and managing documentation, processing orders, and coordinating communication between clients and internal teams. Additional tasks may involve maintaining accurate records, performing data input, and assisting with scheduling and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Support tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and documentation management
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Basic Sales Support skills including order processing, quoting, and coordinating with clients
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • An associate degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is beneficial
  • Experience in the industrial or automotive sectors is a plus
