Independent Roofing Sales Representative – Central Texas (Leads Provided Daily)

Are you a closer in your core? We're looking for a high-drive, no-excuses Independent Sales Rep to join our Central Texas roofing team.

You'll receive 1–4 qualified inspections per day directly from our company—no cold calling, no door knocking. Your job is simple:

Run the inspection. File the claim. Close the deal.

If you're the type who hates leaving money on the table, knows how to control a conversation, and takes pride in being the one who gets the "yes" when others would walk away, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do:

  • Run company-provided homeowner inspection appointments
  • Educate customers, file insurance claims, and guide them through approval
  • Lock down agreements with confidence and urgency
  • Follow each job from inspection to close

What We're Looking For:

  • A true closer with a hunter mentality
  • Strong communication and presence
  • Roofing or insurance claim experience preferred but not required
  • Self-discipline, drive, and zero fear of commitment conversations
  • Must be comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
