We work with liquor stores, smoke shops, CBD dispensaries, and cannabis retailers across multiple U.S. states — helping them expand their reach through digital marketing, delivery logistics, and payment processing via Blazy Pay.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Account Manager in Michigan to lead local business recruitment and relationship management.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and experienced in building partnerships with liquor stores, smoke shops, CBD stores, and cannabis dispensaries.
This role focuses on recruiting new partner stores, assisting with account activation, and driving ongoing sales and subscriptions on the Get Blazy platform.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit local stores (liquor, smoke, CBD, dispensaries) to join the Get Blazy platform.
Present partnership benefits, pricing plans, and promotional opportunities.
Assist store owners with onboarding, account setup, and product listing.
Maintain strong relationships with active partners to maximize retention.
Track performance metrics (store activations, revenue, subscription renewals).
Report weekly progress and collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
Represent the Get Blazy brand professionally across Michigan markets.
Compensation Structure
Base / Fuel Stipend: Gas & mileage reimbursement provided for field visits.
Commission: Earn a fixed bonus per successful store activation.
Revenue Share: Ongoing percentage of monthly platform fees or sales generated by your onboarded stores.
Performance Incentives: Additional bonuses based on regional growth and store retention targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (retail, beverage, or cannabis industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with reliable transportation for in-person store visits.
Basic understanding of digital platforms, apps, and payment systems.
Must be 21 + and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
