The Opportunity: Build the "Human Engine" of a Rocket Ship

CASA One Residential is not a standard real estate brokerage. We are a high-velocity, Florida-based real estate investment firm run by a technical, data-driven founding team. We operate like a tech startup: we rely on automation, aggressive KPIs, and operational rigor.

We have successfully scaled to our current size, but we are growing again. Until now, our VP of Marketing & Ops has handled all hiring. Now, we need a partner to take the wheel.

We are looking for a "Hunter"—not an administrator. You will not just be posting generic job ads; you will be sourcing, scraping, text-blasting, and hunting talent to build the teams that drive our revenue.

Your Mission

Your goal is to ensure our "Bench" is always warm and our critical seats are filled with "A-Players." You will own the full-cycle recruiting process for our core roles:

  • Acquisition Managers (Jacksonville, FL): The "Special Forces" of our sales team. High-ticket, in-person closers.
  • Disposition Managers (Jacksonville, FL): Moving inventory to investors at speed.
  • Lead Managers (Remote/Global): High-volume pipeline operators managing our CRM.
  • SMS Lead Gen Agents (Remote/Global): Fast-paced outbound marketing roles.

What You Will Do

  • "Sniper" Sourcing: We don't rely on "post and pray." You will utilize creative sourcing channels (ZipRecruiter sourcing features, LinkedIn, competitor research) to find passive talent.
  • Direct Outreach Campaigns: You will run SMS and email campaigns to engage candidates directly. We believe "Speed-to-Lead" applies to recruiting just as it applies to sales.
  • Pipeline Architecture: We do not use a legacy corporate ATS. You will manage candidate flows using our custom stack (REsimpli CRM, Coda, or similar). You own the data integrity.
  • The "Bar Raiser" Screen: You will filter candidates not just for skills, but for "Operator DNA"—resilience, tech-savviness, and the ability to work in a high-accountability environment.
  • Build the "Warm Bench": You will maintain relationships with top talent so that when we need to scale, we have a list of pre-vetted candidates ready to go.

The Profile: Who You Are

  • You are a Hunter: You are comfortable reaching out to passive candidates via text/LinkedIn. You understand that the best candidates are often currently employed.
  • Tech-Fluent: You aren't scared of tools like Slack, Coda, Loom, or Zapier. You can learn our stack quickly.
  • Direct Communicator: We are a no-fluff culture. You value transparency, speed, and clear feedback over corporate politeness.
  • Process Obsessed: You understand that a messy hiring pipeline leads to lost talent. You are organized and disciplined.

The Offer

  • Base Pay: ~$30/hr for sourcing, screening, and ops management.
  • Success Fees (Bounties): We pay for results. You will earn significant bonuses for every hire that is placed and passes their probationary period.
  • Freedom: We don't micromanage. If you deliver the talent, you run your process.
  • Growth: We are profitable and scaling without external funding. You are building the HR department from the ground up.
