Join usYour RoleYou are a trusted advisor, strategic thinker, and a closer - you're selling to Global 2000 companies to deliver immense ROI in an efficient, value-base renewal and upsellPartner with Customer Success team to monitor health scorecards, identify customer needs, and demonstrate account management capabilities to guide deal closure.You're a product evangelist – you'll solution Zip to meet the pain points today, but also with an eye toward our product of the futureYou're a builder and pushing the limits of the possible - a founding member of the Enterprise Account Management team. You'll help establish the playbooks, the culture, and best practices.Negotiate all facets of renewal contracts. Develop win/win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while enhancing the customer relationship and the value they are realizing from Zip.Engage the broader Zip team to provide regular and accurate updates on renewal status to management and escalate when needed.Manage current customers on multi-year contracts to ensure customer value realization.You WillBecome a product expert – learning the Zip platform through and through, so that you're demo readyBecome a procurement expert – learning the ins and outs of the procurement market, which is deeply ready for change and new solutionsUse cutting-edge sales intelligence and engagement solutions to prospect, manage deal cycles, and ultimately bring on new customersBe adaptable and flexible – as part of an early-stage hyper growth company, we are rapidly growing out our process but we want to you to help shape our sales processQualifications5+ year of technology SaaS experience at enterprise levelExperience selling to procurement, finance, legalExperience driving customer retention and adoption of a SaaS product for enterprise accounts Customer management skills; including sales, Account management, and customer service Self-driven – you don't need someone to motivate you to put in your best every dayYou'd describe yourself as organized, efficient with your time, and excellent communicatorExperience using tools like Salesforce, Clari, Zoominfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, and OutreachWilling to go the extra mile to make sure our customers, company, team, and yourself succeedThe salary range for this role is $290,000 - $315,000 OTE.
