Essential Functions: The Manager, ThriveKids is responsible for proactively leading the growth of the ThriveKids services at LCMC. Manages all clinical, technical, business and regulatory actives around the ThriveKids Program.  Works in partnership with physician leaders to develop, implement new areas of clinical utilization and developing business plans for new ThriveKids health opportunities.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the development and management of Thrive Kids programs.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Preferred: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or equivalent.
