H&A Property Management is searching for a high-caliber Property Manager to take ownership of a 187-unit multifamily portfolio in Peoria: Willow Knolls Apartments, Kellogg Place Apartments, and Hollow Hills Apartments.

We're looking for a true operator — someone who doesn't just "manage" properties but actively drives performance, understands residents, and elevates the standard of service across all three communities. What You Will OwnPortfolio Operations

  • Oversee daily operations at Willow Knolls, Kellogg Place, and Hollow Hills
  • Maintain resident satisfaction through proactive communication and strong service standards
  • Ensure organized, accurate documentation and smooth workflow across all sites

Leasing & Occupancy

  • Support leasing performance with tours, follow-ups, and application processing
  • Drive occupancy by ensuring units are rent-ready and presented professionally
  • Manage renewals, notices, and resident transitions

Financial Performance & Administration

  • Help maintain rent collection, minimize delinquency, and enforce lease compliance
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial documentation
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring key property metrics

Maintenance Coordination

  • Generate and oversee work orders with timely follow-through
  • Coordinate vendors, verify project completion, and uphold quality standards
  • Conduct inspections, move-ins, move-outs, and rent-ready evaluations

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of multifamily property management or leasing experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Basic computer proficiency; AppFolio experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites
