We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support the CDTIO and VP of IT, in driving strategic initiatives across IT, Business Integration, and ESG. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, execution, and transparency.

In addition to coordinating programs and projects that span IT and business functions, this role will also lead efforts in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data collection and reporting, supporting the organization's commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the CDTIO and VP of IT, in managing and tracking strategic initiatives across IT and business units.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to monitor program progress.
  • Facilitate communication between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and status updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Safety, HR, Fleet, Facilities) to gather ESG-related data.
  • Maintain ESG data repositories and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reporting.
  • Support the development of ESG reports for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory filings and sustainability disclosures.
  • Stay informed on ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and assist in aligning organizational practices accordingly.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or business operations.
  • Familiarity with IT environments and business process integration.
  • Experience with ESG reporting or sustainability data management is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira), and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience in organizing and prioritizing project sets based on substance, urgency, and capacity. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
  • PMP or CAPM certification.
  • Experience in a corporate sustainability or ESG reporting role.
  • High attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership and managing confidential information.
  • Experience in a multi-site or global enterprise environment.
