HR Services Specialist
Summary/objective
The HR Services Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling isolved's HR Services solutions to existing clients. This role focuses on identifying HR-related challenges and providing technology-driven solutions to optimize workforce management. By developing strong relationships with clients, the HR Services Specialist helps organizations streamline HR functions and enhance compliance, efficiency, and employee engagement. This role also works closely with the Talent Services team to ensure clients have access to workforce planning and talent development solutions.

Core Job Duties

  • Develop expertise in isolved's HR Services offerings and their impact on workforce management.
  • Engage with clients to assess HR needs and provide tailored solutions that support compliance and employee engagement.
  • Educate clients on best practices for HR technology adoption, talent retention, and workforce development.
  • Upsell HR Services solutions while ensuring a consultative, value-driven approach.
  • Work collaboratively with support and operations teams to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify trends to refine sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Refer clients to additional isolved solutions, including core HCM, Talent Services, and 401(k) offerings, when appropriate.

Experience
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work

Minimum Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services, preferably within HCM technology, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to consult with clients, identify needs, and effectively sell solutions that drive business value.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific concepts, regulations, and best practices relevant to the role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients and simplify complex topics.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure client success.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving sales environment with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
