About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Sales and Account Manager to join our Houston based team. In this role, you will nurture existing customer relationships while actively identifying and developing new opportunities. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through phone outreach and in‑person visits.
- Strengthen customer loyalty through genuine, reliable, and solutions‑focused account management.
- Identify and engage new customers, securing new logos and expanding SeisWare's market presence.
- Manage the day‑to‑day sales process, including coordinating account meetings and aligning sales support resources.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, leveraging cross‑functional expertise to support customer needs and advance new sales opportunities.
- Proactively address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and consistent experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive offerings to effectively position SeisWare's solutions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of SeisWare's products and sales methodologies through ongoing training.
- Use HubSpot and other data/analytics tools to manage your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Apply Conscious Selling and Coaching techniques throughout the sales and relationship building process.
Education and Experience
- A background in geoscience or oil & gas engineering is an asset
- University bachelor degree
- Customer service or relationship building experience, and comfort engaging directly with accounts.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).

Location and Work Model
This is a Houston-based, hybrid position.
