Job Title: Logistics/Transportation Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all site operations to achieve goals and objectives.

  • Recruit, train, and guide employees to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain smooth operations.
  • Manage site budgets to meet financial targets and control expenses.
  • Uphold quality control standards and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
  • Provide clear and insightful reports on site performance to upper management.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • CDL A license and/or 1+ years of OTR, local, or yard driving experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, ideally in a related industry.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to excel under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
