What We're Looking For
We're hiring an Account Manager who is ready to grow into a Territory Manager within six months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationships, owns outcomes, and is hungry for regional responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support and manage customer accounts by providing timely quotes, project updates, and proactive communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, designers, and end users to create a consistent and memorable customer experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver tailored Loftwall solutions that align with brand values.
- Transition into territory sales after the first six months to lead client meetings, dealer visits, and regional growth initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and creative teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales performance and pipeline opportunities.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or client relations. Commercial furniture or design industry experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using tech tools like HubSpot, OpenAI (i.e. ChatGPT), and NetSuite (or other CRM, ERP, AI assistant tools) to streamline sales and communication.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for daily productivity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a drive to exceed goals.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% once in the Territory Manager position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55, $72,000.00 per year
