Our growing legal team is looking for a Front Office / Administrative Coordinator to support our team and help ensure smooth operations. This is a versatile role with opportunities to interact with clients, assist with office tasks, and contribute to our mission-driven work.

What You'll Do:
- Greet clients, answer phones, and assist with front desk operations
- Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Help with client communications, sending documents, coordinating authorizations, and tracking information
- Keep the office organized, including monitoring supplies and supporting workflow
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the office runs smoothly
Who We're Looking For:
- Previous administrative, reception, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable using standard office technology, such as Microsoft Office products and Adobe
