What You'll Do:

  • Greet clients, answer phones, and assist with front desk operations
  • Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry
  • Help with client communications, sending documents, coordinating authorizations, and tracking information
  • Keep the office organized, including monitoring supplies and supporting workflow
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the office runs smoothly

Who We're Looking For:

  • Previous administrative, reception, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable using standard office technology, such as Microsoft Office products and Adobe
