As a Beverage Server at Turning Stone Resort Casino, your responsibilities will include taking and serving drink orders, handling cash transactions, and delivering top-notch customer service to our guests.

What does a Beverage Server do:

• A Beverage Server services an assigned work area by changing ashtrays, taking drink orders, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, removing empty cups, pushing in chairs and completing assigned side work.
• Always maintains work area in service bar by loading and unloading service-ware properly, cleaning up spills and keeping the counter orderly.
• Maintains complete knowledge of entire beverage and food menu including service procedure and pricing.
• Leaves assigned area in an orderly fashion when going on breaks and at end of shift.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Beverage Server, you'll need:

• Must possess the ability to count money and make correct change.
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous Food & Beverage server experience preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 45 pounds.
