About Us:

We are a fast-growing real estate team specializing in residential and commercial transactions. We handle a high volume of contracts, listings, compliance tasks, and client communication. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator Assistant to support our TC team and ensure smooth, efficient closings for our agents and clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with contract-to-close coordination for buyer and seller files
  • Review contracts, amendments, addenda, and disclosures
  • Enter listings into MLS and manage status updates
  • Communicate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and clients
  • Upload and organize documents in compliance systems (SkySlope, Dotloop, etc.)
  • Track deadlines, send reminders, and follow up on missing items
  • Prepare timelines, receipts, CDAs, and closing coordination tasks
  • Maintain digital filing accuracy and assist with agent administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Real estate experience preferred (TC, admin, assistant, or licensed agent)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with MLS, DocuSign, ZipForms, SkySlope, Dotloop, or similar software is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn
  • Dependable, positive attitude, and able to work independently
