Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Base Pay + Commission Sales Professionals Wanted

Full-Time | Multiple Openings Across Minnesota | Licensing Support Provided

Salary Range: $50, $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Have a background in sales (insurance, retail, car, tech, B2B, inside/outside if you've sold, we want to talk)
  • Thrive in a goal-driven environment and love a good challenge
  • Have excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Are highly self-motivated, organized, and ready to build a lasting career
  • Can become licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (we help with this)
  • Are based in Minnesota or open to relocating
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
  • Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions in auto, home, life, and commercial lines
  • Develop new business and follow up on leads provided to you (yes, we help fill your pipeline)
  • Deliver a fantastic customer experience that turns first-time buyers into lifelong clients
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and licensing requirements (well help you get licensed if needed)
