"What does it take to be successful?"

  • Solid understanding of sales, customer service principles, gained through 1—2 years of education, or experience in a related area.
  • Connecting with prospective customers over telephone and E-mail, while negotiating pricing and delivery timelines is an essential component.
  • Building trust and credibility through strategic research, while collaborating with internal departments to work out vital details on deliveries.
  • Being the first point of contact for customers to coordinator pick-up and delivery times by communicating any circumstance changes.
  • Ability to pivot quickly by providing realistic solutions and implementing creative problem solving to changing variables.

"What are the essential duties?"

  • Contact active, inactive, and potential customers to sell ATS service through inside sales efforts.
  • Confirm requirements, overcome objections, read buying signals to initiate closing, and negotiate terms and conditions of sales.
  • Follow uniform quoting process, collaborate internally, and prioritize issues as they arise.

  • Lucrative compensation consisting of base salary and incentive program.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total cash compensation range of this position is $51,900 to $67,900 including a base salary range of $42,000 to $58,000 and first-year training incentive of $9,900. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
