We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager who is passionate about hospitality, guest satisfaction, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

The Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience, strong brand compliance, and efficient departmental performance. This role partners closely with the General Manager and department leaders to maintain IHG brand standards, drive operational consistency, and support financial performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and support daily operational activities across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services.

· Ensure consistent delivery of IHG brand standards, quality assurance compliance, and guest satisfaction metrics.

· Support leadership of department managers including coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management.

· Monitor service delivery, guest feedback, and problem resolution to maintain high guest satisfaction scores.

· Assist with labor management, payroll accuracy, staffing levels, and productivity controls.

· Partner with Maintenance to ensure timely repair completion, preventive maintenance execution, and safety compliance.

· Support revenue management initiatives including room inventory strategy and rate management in coordination with leadership.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and life safety programs.

· Participate in budget planning, cost controls, purchasing oversight, and expense management.

· Serve as Manager on Duty as required; support operational coverage during peak business periods.

· Foster a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional development.

Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of hotel leadership experience required; IHG brand experience strongly preferred.

· Proven success in managing high-volume hotel operations.

· Strong knowledge of hotel systems (Opera/OnQ/ChoiceAdvantage/IHG Concerto or similar).

· Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team development skills.

· Strong problem-solving ability and calm, professional presence under pressure.

· Understanding of financial controls, labor management, and operational cost efficiencies.

· Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays as business requires.
