Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at the Clarion Inn & Suites, Central-Clearwater. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk operations, performing nightly audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports detailing occupancy, revenue, and any discrepancies.
  • Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery throughout the hotel.

Experience

  • Previous experience, 1 plus years, as a Night Auditor or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience with Choice Hotels night audit A PLUS.
  • Fast and willingness to learn a big plus if no experience as a night auditor. We can train you
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest relations.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions.
  • A background in guest services or hospitality management will be beneficial in this role.
