Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and follow up on incoming / outgoing emails.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.
Office Support:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
- Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Welcome guests and create a positive, professional first impression of the company.
Operational Coordination:
- Assist in preparing reports and data for management reviews.
- Help onboard new employees and manage administrative HR tasks.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing executive-level support and office management.
- Proven experience in a startup or fast-paced professional environment is highly desirable.
Skills & Attributes:
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and verbal); French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
