Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and follow up on incoming / outgoing emails.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.

Office Support:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Welcome guests and create a positive, professional first impression of the company.

Operational Coordination:

  • Assist in preparing reports and data for management reviews.
  • Help onboard new employees and manage administrative HR tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing executive-level support and office management.
  • Proven experience in a startup or fast-paced professional environment is highly desirable.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and verbal); French is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
