Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Home Assistant to support daily office and household operations and provide exceptional administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various computer applications. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-managed home environment while utilizing a diverse set of clerical and customer service skills.

Duties

  • Daily collect mail and packages when delivered.
  • Daily perform light house cleaning duties.
  • Manage, schedule, and supervise an outside company to perform monthly deep cleaning duties.
  • Manage, schedule, and supervise local contractors for home office upkeep, repair, and remodel as approved by owner.
  • Manage owners calendar appointments and coordinate schedules using Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks to maintain accurate records
  • Assist with bookkeeping and basic QuickBooks entries for business expenses.
  • Track office supplies and project material inventory to support the Engineer/Owner and Field Service Manager.
  • Support Field Service manager and his task in setting up and vetting crews for each project across the country.
  • Perform Packing, Labeling, and Shipping of material as needed.
  • Keep vehicle records for two company trucks and schedule maintenance when needed.
  • Organize office documents, manage correspondence, and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.
  • Support personal assistant responsibilities such as shopping, and meal planning as needed.
  • Maintain organizational systems to ensure efficient household and office management.

Qualifications

  • Proven office management or administrative experience, preferably in a personal or small business office.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, data entry, and filing systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Experience with office equipment such as full size networked Office Copier/Scanner/Printer and office management tools is preferred
  • Personal assistant experience or background in office administration is highly desirable
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

This role is essential for maintaining an organized, efficient household and office environment while providing high-quality administrative support.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
