Job Description

As a Security Officer - Telecom Facility Patrol in Hebron, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a strong presence within a dynamic tech and media location. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly to support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related issues in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and/or visitors to support a secure environment.Assist with access control and visitor management procedures as required by the location's policies.Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.Remain alert and observant throughout assigned shifts, adapting to changing working environments and conditions as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
