You must be able to work well with others and be a team player. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in office management, and bookkeeping. This role involves coordinating various administrative tasks, managing schedules, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth office functionality. The Office Administrator will play a vital role in maintaining efficient workflows and fostering a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties
  • Oversee calendar management and schedule appointments for staff and executives
  • Handle vendor management, including procurement and relationship building
  • Manage bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting tasks using QuickBooks
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and perform clerical tasks such as data entry and document preparation
  • Support human resources functions including onboarding, employee records management, and policy compliance
  • Ensure effective phone etiquette and professional communication with clients, vendors, and staff

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, for project management is a must
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and budgeting procedures
  • Supervising experience with team management capabilities
  • Ability to handle bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
