The scheduling coordinator will work closely with the branch manager on the daily operations of the branch. The main responsibilities include scheduling projects and coordinating with subcontractors, foreman and the lead electrician at the branch. This role is also responsible for managing projects in our CRM platform and will work closely with the branch manager to hit branch-specific goals. This is a unique role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask and solve problems. This person should be organized and able to take the initiative to provide an excellent customer experience.

Other responsibilities:

  • Schedule projects with customers and subcontractors
  • Coordinate with the foreman and lead electrician at the branch for project scheduling
  • Create weekly installation and electrical inspections
  • Manage projects in our CRM platform
  • Submit permit applications
  • Resolve same day scheduling issues
  • Collaborate with branch manager on daily operational tasks and fill in for branch manager when needed
  • Maintain subcontractor relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year scheduling/routing experience, required
  • Minimum 2 year customer service experience, required
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with customer management software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Critical thinking and problem solving ability
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record and criminal background
