At salesMD, our Patient Coordinators make a real impact. You'll be the voice connecting patients to top Medical Spas and Plastic Surgery practices, guiding them with empathy, confidence, and professionalism. Your work directly improves patient show rates and helps practices deliver exceptional care.

You'll follow proven booking frameworks and SOPs, but you'll also bring your intuition and creativity to improve processes and drive results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build trust fast using strong communication skills that make people feel heard, understood, and confident in booking.
- Use software tools to text, call, schedule, and manage patient communication.
- Keep detailed, meaningful notes after every patient interaction.
- Respond promptly to incoming calls, texts, emails, and live chat messages.
- Identify qualified prospects, determine eligibility, and schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Enter all information clearly and correctly into our system.
- Apply all booking-center training and follow established procedures.
- Share ideas for improving the booking center's processes and conversion results.
- Deliver consistent, top-tier customer service with every interaction.

- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
REQUIREMENTS

- Experience scheduling appointments.
- Warm, friendly, and confidently assertive communication skills (phone and text).
- Ability to communicate clearly with patients and internal teams.
- Strong proactive thinking and excellent prioritization.
- Self-directed with solid time-management skills.
- Fast learner who executes quickly and accurately.
- Available for up to 4-hour shifts Monday–Saturday, with flexibility for extra hours/holidays if needed.
- Able to multitask smoothly.
- Responsive during working hours to clients and team members.
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Organized and consistent in updating the agency CRM with complete documentation.
- A genuine interest in aesthetic medicine is a plus.
