The job is a full-cycle sales position. You will develop a client base by making outbound cold calls, qualifying inbound sales leads, and finding new opportunities as market conditions change. You will give sales presentations to senior-level executives, engage in complex, high-value negotiations, and see opportunities through to the finish line.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively addressing questions and concerns
  • Provide support to clients via phone and email throughout the entire life cycle of a deal to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Surpass activity metrics, such as outbound cold calls, emails, and capabilities presentations, to help reach quarterly sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments within the company to facilitate and execute a seamless experience for our clients
  • Stay on top of industry trends by frequently conducting relevant market research

  • Some travel may be required

Would Like to Have:

  • Experience in cold call and/or door-to-door sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Resourceful, high-energy, coachable, and open to change
  • Bilingual Speakers a plus

This is a full-time position. The job is in-person only. Our working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 5:30, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at our office in Houston. Our ideal candidates are hardworking, always curious, constantly ready to learn, and self-motivated people. We are looking for candidates to take initiative and make those calls that need to be made around the world. You'll have key card access to get in as early as you want to work European accounts and you'll have plenty of company time if you stay past 5:30 to work the West Coast.

We offer a $50,000 base salary and a lucrative, uncapped commission plan ($100,000 - $125,000+ in year one).

Commission Pay Scale:

$1-$99,999 = 5%

$100,000+ = 10%
