What You'll Do

  • Review structured clinical information and follow-up data collected by care teams
  • Provide
    physician-level assessments and recommendations
    to support PCP decision-making
  • Prepare concise, actionable summaries (SOAP-style or consultative formats)
  • Support care coordination, chronic disease management, and post-visit follow-ups
  • Serve as a clinical second set of eyes for busy primary care practices

This role does
not
involve diagnosing, treating, or managing patients directly, and does
not
replace the patient's primary care physician.

Physician-to-physician support

Clinical judgment and pattern recognition

Low-volume, high-impact work

Ideal Background

  • MD or DO with board certification (or prior certification) in
    Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Significant experience in ambulatory, primary care, or longitudinal patient management
  • Comfortable synthesizing clinical information and making thoughtful recommendations
  • Interest in mentoring, consulting, or systems-level improvement
  • Active or inactive license considered (depending on scope and jurisdiction)
