Chief Purpose of the Position

The entry-level Dental Assistant, Floater supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials; maintaining operations of the sterilization area; and taking necessary X-rays as delegated by the treating faculty and/or surgical assistants.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (required)
  • CPR certification (preferred)
  • X-ray certification (preferred)
