The client has a Contingent Workforce in excess of 17K. This is an exciting opportunity as a program leader to enhance further and lead the maturity of a large enterprise-wide Contingent Workforce Productivity Program that is anchored to the Sapience Analytics, SapienceIQ enterprise Saas platform that delivers workforce intelligence via automated data collection, integration, and AI-delivered insights and decision-making pertaining to workforce productivity.

Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)

While this position sits in Enterprise Corporate Services business unit, the ideal candidate will need a balanced background leading programs from a business and technology background as there is a deep bond with the Truist technology team and Sapience Analytics team to work to meet the business strategy/goals of the program. The Senior Program Manager serves as a key point of contact for internal Truist teammates and external third party (Sapience Analytics) ensuring an overall smooth and positive experience in the delivery of services while delivering on the program roadmap and goals.

  • The Senior Program Manager will be involved in releasing new functionality, leading BAU activities and interaction with technology groups and includes enterprise software release rollout working with tool provider (Sapience Analytics). In addition, developing business requirements/processes, program enhancement roll out, enterprise training, user support and adoption and analytics across Truist business units to drive cost savings through contingent worker productivity/efficiency improvement and effective reporting/processes/operations.Provide end-to-end Program Management for the implementation of roadmap/other initiatives and leading the maturity of enterprise-wide Contingent Workforce Productivity program at Truist to include working with tool provider (Sapience Analytics) and Truist technology, developing strategy, business requirements/processes, rollout, training, governance, user adoption and analytics
  • Collaborate with Technology leaders responsible for driving the execution of technology components for enterprise program implementation and operational support ensuring smooth delivery of program components
  • Lead and participate in the maturity of a repeatable contingent workforce productivity model for roll out to Truist enterprise business units. This includes contingent worker productivity tracking, analytics, training and productivity improvement drivers / actions
  • Lead and participate in the business requirements and process definition working with business units/staff to gather requirements for implementation / support for contingent workforce productivity initiatives
  • Implement analytics package including metrics to enhance data relevance including core vs. noncore activities by manager as well as defining metrics by supplier, location, role profile
  • Collaborate / coordinate with others to develop, implement and provide ongoing governance, procedures and third party risk management
  • Participate on and lead strategic contingent workforce initiatives for the Truist Contingent Workforce Program to drive cost savings, efficiency, reporting/operations, risk/compliance, and spend management
  • Stay up to date with the contingent workforce industry, trends and best practices using industry sources and other networks.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)
10 years of progressive leadership responsibility and solid experience as a Program Manager growing from a Senior Project Manager. Must have worked on technology side as a Program Manager and/or Senior Project Manager

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with Enterprise wide roll out of new programs collaborating with technology teams and enterprise third party software provider including vendor management and being able to hold vendor accountable for external deliverables and change management
  • Strong experience with tracking and managing programs and projects to include project schedule / tasking / deliverables, issues, risks, and action-items collaborating closely with others
  • Excellent operational, analytical, and organizational skills with experience managing small and large initiatives including leading others
  • Experience delivering high-end customer service to internal teammates and external supplier partners
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently to identify and implement business solutions
  • Solid experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple key stakeholders
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software products with emphasis in working independently to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Experience working with Sapience Analytics an enterprise business work activity analytics, insights and productivity solution WILL SEPARATE CANDIDATE FROM OTHERS

  • Experience with workforce productivity management programs and similar tool (ProHance as an example) to Sapience WILL SEPARATE CANDIDATE FROM OTHERS
  • Experience with Agile delivery working with Scrum Managers, planning and monitoring of sprints and deliverables
  • Experience with Workflow (MS Visio) developing process flows, policy and procedure documents
  • Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP)
