Executive Assistant
for our office in Bonita Springs, Florida.

What is the opportunity?
This position will be on-site 5 days per week.

The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to senior management, manage scheduling, answer a multi-line phone, update reports/spread sheets and complete various other administrative tasks.

What are the primary responsibilities?

  • Manage Scheduling
  • Answer Phones
  • Update Spreadsheets and Reports
  • Various Administrative Projects
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Does this describe you?

  • Overall working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • When speaking and writing, uses appropriate grammar, organizes ideas clearly, and articulates ideas concisely.
  • Able to plan and prioritize while focusing on detail orientation and effective time management.
  • The ability to interact positively and get along well with others.
  • Able to maintain focus while handling multiple tasks.

Do you have these qualifications?

  • Essential:

  • A minimum of 5 years executive administrative experience (must have supported senior-level managers).

  • Preferred:

  • Customer Service or Hospitality experience is a plus.

  • Experience supporting executives is plus
