Key Responsibilities- Help customers get the best electricity rate for their home
- Listen to customer concerns to find the best product that fits their needs
- Use Closing techniques to overcome objections
- Share ideas across teams to improve our capabilities and products
- Maintain a high level of open communication and morale at ComparePower and within our sales team
- 1+ year of inside sales experience preferred
- 1+ year of energy experience a plus but not required
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment as a team player
- A desire to understand customer needs and frustrations to build rapport over the phone and via text
- Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Demonstrated ability in computer skills including email, CRM system & Web-based tools
- Competitive hourly rate

Base pay Plus Uncapped Commissions ($50,000 - $60,000 on Target)
