Universal Windows Direct - Inside Sales Rehash AgentFull Time $18- $19/HR PLUS BonusAs the Rehash Agent, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound communication with prospective customers who did not purchase during their initial appointment and scheduling them for a follow up consultation. The Rehash Agent should display mastery in scripting, processes and protocols to ensure a purchasing opportunity for the Rehash Sales Team. A successful Rehash Agent can effectively communicate, use active listening skills and be dynamic in providing solutions. Rehash Agents are responsible for maintaining knowledge of products, markets and services offered. Their duties include maintaining the rehash leads, reporting of customer feedback and working the Rehash Sales Reps to achieve brand goals. They are able to multitask and work efficiently to ensure that data is entered correctly and leads are properly scheduled.Responsibilities Generate new Rehash appointments through outbound and inbound communication. Ability to provide an excellent customer experience. Display mastery of scripting, protocols and processes. Ensure accurate information is maintained within our customer management system. Ability to consistently meet performance standards.Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and provide solutions. Ability to develop relationships with customers and overcome objections. Excellent phone etiquette under all circumstances. Ability to multitask multiple computer systems at once, while providing high quality customer service. Understanding of Sales and closing techniquesEducation and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous Inside Sales experience. Previous experience in leadership or sales seen favorably.Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods working on a computer. Must be able to work with a mouse & keyboard.
