This role will drive the adoption of a new Learning Management System (LMS), redesign training content to balance instructor-led and eLearning modalities, and establish scalable processes that deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences across all business units.The Role:Strategic LeadershipDefine and execute a vision for an integrated training organization that supports enterprise growth and operational excellence.Align training strategy with business objectives, compliance requirements, and workforce development goals.Organizational Design & Team ManagementRe-engineer the training structure, combining existing teams into two core functions:Training Delivery Team: Facilitates live and virtual sessions, manages learner engagement, and ensures readiness.Content & LMS Team: Oversees instructional design, LMS administration, and content lifecycle management.Recruit, develop, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Learning Technology & LMS ImplementationLead the implementation of a new LMS, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.Establish governance for LMS operations, reporting, and analytics to measure training effectiveness.Content Strategy & DevelopmentTransition from heavily instructor-led training to blended learning models combining eLearning, virtual classrooms, and interactive workshops.Standardize onboarding and core training content across all business units, incorporating assessments and feedback loops.Process Optimization & MetricsDevelop and enforce content standards, enrollment processes, and course documentation (syllabi, objectives, assessments).Implement feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to evaluate training outcomes and drive continuous improvement.Success IndicatorsSuccessful consolidation of training teams and processes.Full deployment and adoption of the new LMS within defined timelines.Increased scalability and efficiency of training delivery.Positive learner feedback and measurable improvement in operational performanceYou'll be successful if you have:Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's preferred.8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in LMS implementation and managing enterprise-wide training initiatives.Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and blended learning strategies.Excellent communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Work at Home Requirements:A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.Employment is contingent upon eligibility to work in the U.S., employment history verification, and a background check.Revecore is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex or gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability status, veteran status, genetic information, or any other legally protected status.
