Role Overview

As a Spa/MedSpa Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. From greeting clients and managing appointments to supporting spa operations, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. You'll also have opportunities to recommend and promote spa products and services—perfect for those with a passion for wellness and an eye for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and handle phone/email inquiries.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Support spa staff with daily operations and guest needs.
  • Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (spa preferred).
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer knowledge; experience with booking/scheduling software is a plus.
  • Sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug- and alcohol-free workplace.
