About the Role:

We're seeking a Front Desk Coordinator with an active Esthetician and Laser Technician Texas license to join our growing team. This dual-role position combines front desk client coordination, scheduling, and customer service with hands-on aesthetic treatments and laser services. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, as this role involves communicating with Spanish-speaking clients to enhance their experience.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Part-time (20–30 hours/week, flexible based on spa needs)
  • Benefits: Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits at this time. This position has potential to transition to full-time in the future.
  • Compensation: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, plus performance bonuses
  • Location: In-person – Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Greet, check in/out, and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer phones, manage appointment scheduling, and respond to client inquiries
  • Educate clients on aesthetic treatments, skincare services, packages, and product lines
  • Perform laser hair removal, injectables, and other cosmetic treatments within scope of licensure
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and treatment area
  • Support providers with treatment room setup and post-care follow-up
  • Promote services, skincare, and treatment packages to achieve monthly sales goals
  • Handle payments and support smooth daily operations
  • Provide outstanding client service in a luxury spa environment

Requirements:

  • Active Texas Esthetician License and Certified Laser Technician credential (required)
  • 1–2 years of MedSpa or medical aesthetics experience required (front desk and treatment floor)
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service, retail, and sales abilities
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
  • Must be available Saturdays
