Income Potential: $150,000 – $180,000+

What We're Looking For

  • Automotive dealership experience is required (Service Advisor or ASM roles)
  • Top performer with consistent results in customer satisfaction & service sales
  • Ability to manage high RO counts efficiently and professionally
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of DMS systems (CDK) preferred
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail a must

What We Offer

$150,000 – $180,000 annual income potential (Top performers exceed this)

· The Advisor position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.50 and The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may have a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
