Here's what you will be doing:

Job Description:

  • Capturing before and after photos of our clients' flow-ups
  • Greeting every patient with a warm smile
  • Check patients out with our point-of-sale system and making transactions seamless
  • Answer calls, schedule appointments, and spread the word about our amazing services
  • Share your love for skincare and treatments (Experience with brands like Alastin, SkinMedica, and ZO is a HUGE plus)
  • Ensure all patients have completed their consent forms (because we take care of our patients from start to finish)
  • Keeping treatment rooms squeaky clean and sanitized to perfection
  • Assist providers with medical procedures like prepping injectables or supporting laser treatments
  • Update and manage medical charts with accuracy (attention to detail is key)
  • Apply numbing cream to patients and help them prep for their treatments like the pros they are
  • Review charts and notes to keep everything running smoothly

Job Requirements:

What we're looking for:

  • Experience within a MedSpa or cosmetics is PREFERRED 
  • Customer service experience that shows you know how to wow people (minimum of 2 years' experience)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to multitask like a champ
  • A passion for skincare, medical aesthetics, or dermatology that shines through in everything you do
  • The ability to stay calm, cool, and collected in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle and resolve patient complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Education: high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience with EHR systems, Microsoft office (Teams, outlook, Excel) is a PLUS.
  • Bilingual is preferred
  • MA certificate is preferred 

SCHEDULE FULL-TIME: SUNDAYS - WEDNESDAYS or WEDNESDAYS - SATURDAY, 10-HOUR SHIFTS. Weekend work is required.
