Do you love organizing, selling, and delivering unforgettable events? Join our dynamic team as a Business Sales Associate—the driving force behind our venue's sales and client experience. From first inquiry to final celebration, you'll ensure every event is seamless, stylish, and successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Client Experiences: Be the first impression—handling inquiries, giving venue tours, and converting prospects into bookings.
  • Close Deals: Execute sales strategies, manage contracts, and meet monthly revenue goals.
  • Own Communication: Manage all client touchpoints through email, phone, and CRM platforms.
  • Support Event Execution: Assist coordination teams with logistics, vendors, timelines, and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Contribute Creatively: Brainstorm design concepts and guest experiences that wow.
  • Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and event teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Suite
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive
  • Language Proficiency in both English and Spanish

Compensation & Perks
