Long Wharf Theatre is committed to building a boundary-breaking theatre with, for, and by the New Haven community, and is seeking enthusiastic Audience Services Representatives to help further the vision by providing an excellent first impression to patrons.

Responsibilities include - but are not limited to - answering telephones, inputting ticket orders via an online ticketing system (Spektrix) and being an advocate and cheerleader for the theatre. The position is part-time, with evening and weekend availability required. Candidates should have excellent customer service and communication skills, a penchant for going the extra mile to make patrons feel taken care of and welcome, and a passion for the performing arts. Retail or customer service experience is preferred, though prior experience working in a box office is not required.

Pay is $12.50 per hour.
